The customer must understand that we “NetworkDistri” are not the manufacturer of the products purchased from us and the only warranties offered are those of the manufacturer, not “NetworkDistri”. All products come with a standard warranty offered by the manufacturer but the warranty period can be extended by purchasing relevant support services, SMARTnet & licenses.

In purchasing the Products, Customer relies only on the manufacturer's specifications and does not rely on any statements, specifications, photographs or other illustrations representing the Products that may be provided by NetworkDistri. Contact us immediately for technical questions regarding warranty. In connection with services; neither affiliates of NetworkDistri nor third party suppliers are agents of “NetworkDistri”.

We strictly follow UK's law which distinguishes between manufacturer's warranty and seller's warranty. We do not provide seller warranty (our own) except only manufacturer warranty that comes when you purchase your product.

For example Cisco provides manufacturer (Cisco warranty) on SMB products for 12 months and on other products such as catalyst series for 3 months. We always suggest you talk to us ​​so we can tell you about each product warranty.

Can I get a warranty on used products?

Yes, you can have it. Support guarantees are another separate thing that you have to pay for. And the principle supplier / manufacturer will extend the warranty. In Cisco you can apply for SMARTnet and as a result you will get a custom TAC number that you can use in any case or complain about your device.
