Returns and Refunds
All return requests must go through our RMA department and upon approval, we will accept returns. There are certain conditions for accepting returned goods. We respect business laws and consumer rights, therefore we follow the law and do not engage in illegal practices.
For the goods to be eligible for return: Please ensure that the goods were purchased within the last 14 days from the invoice date and are in the original packaging.
The following items cannot be returned: Open boxes or seal-broken packages are not acceptable. Goods must be in original packaging, unused, and with all parts included. Customized or made-to-order items are not eligible. Electronic items such as licenses, product keys, software, operating systems, SMARTnet, etc., are excluded. Goods not suitable for return by nature, or with expired shelf life, or that have been mixed with other products cannot be returned. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Returned goods: You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. The return address is: Network Distri, 25 City Road, London EC1Y 1AA, United Kingdom. We are not responsible for items damaged or lost during return shipment. We recommend using an insured and trackable shipping service. Refunds cannot be issued without an original receipt/invoice or proof of return delivery.
NOTE: We take pictures before shipping to your address in case of disputes regarding damaged returns.
Refunds: Refunds are processed upon receipt and inspection of returned items. It may take up to a week to process your refund. We do not accept return requests from individuals or for electronic items such as licenses, SMARTnet, software, license keys, etc. If you have any questions, please contact us immediately.
Right of cancellation: You have the right to cancel a contract or order within 14 days from the invoice date. To exercise this right, you must notify us by email or postal mail with a clear statement explaining the cancellation. We do not accept cancellation requests from individuals or for electronic items.
