All Supermicro products are backed by Supermicro's official Limited Warranty, covering defects in material and workmanship under normal use and proper installation.

What is covered: Defects in material and workmanship under normal use and proper installation from the date of invoice.
What is not covered: Misuse, accident, improper installation, unauthorised repair or modification, power surges, or physical damage.
How to claim: Contact Supermicro to obtain an RMA number before returning any product. You will need your invoice date, invoice number, model name, serial number, and reason for return. Return in original packaging with the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the box.
Advance cross-ship: A replacement may be shipped before the defective unit is received. The faulty product must be returned within 30 days of the replacement being dispatched.
Out-of-warranty service: Paid repair and replacement services are available after the warranty period expires upon request.
