We buy direct and through distribution, which means we can quote a mixed-vendor build without splitting it across suppliers. Most of the catalogue is available to order at any time, and where a line is on allocation or end-of-sale we’ll tell you before you commit, not after.
And nothing here is a special order in the sense that matters to you: no minimum order quantity, on any line. One item or a full pallet, same process.

Most of our orders — around four in five — are placed directly on the site, every day of the week. Add to basket, check out, done.
Trade buyers often need something more than a basket. Send us a parts list and you’ll get a formal quotation or proforma invoice back with pricing, stock position and a realistic lead time. For custom requirements, special configurations or calculated shipping, we’ll build the order and send a direct payment link so you can settle it in a click. Got a cheaper quote elsewhere? Send it — we price-match on request. Established business customers can also order against a credit account, subject to a creditworthiness check.
Then it’s the unglamorous part, which is the part we’re actually good at: pick, pack, document, and hand it to the carrier.

Distribution and retail is the bulk of the business. The rest is the work that sits either side of it: IT systems building, network and infrastructure projects, commissioning, cyber security, and ongoing support for customers who’d rather we handled it.
Most buyers never need any of that, and we won’t sell it to you if you don’t. What everyone gets for free is a straight answer before they order — compatibility, specification, what mounts in what, whether the part you’ve chosen will actually do the job. It costs nothing, and it prevents most returns.
